APPROVALS, ACCREDITATION
& MEMBERSHIPS
PCI
Health Training Center is regulated by, and approved to operate in the
State of Texas, by the Texas Workforce Commission, Proprietary Schools
Section, 101 E. 15th St., Austin, Texas, 78778-0001. The school is approved
by the U.S. Department of Education as a Proprietary Institution of
Higher Education, enabling the school to participate in the federal
Title IV Student Financial Assistance programs. In addition, the Medical
Assistant and Psychiatric Assistant programs are approved for the training
of Veterans and other eligible persons by the Texas Workforce Commission,
Veterans Education.
PCI
is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Career Schools and Colleges
of Technology (ACCSCT), 2101 Wilson Blvd., Suite 302, Arlington, Virginia,
22201. ACCSCT is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a recognized
accrediting association. Any current or prospective student may review
information regarding the institute's accreditation, approval or licensing
by contacting the School Director.

- American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
- Registered as a Pre-Service Education
Institution by the Texas Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse to provide
prerequisite training for the Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
- Certified by the Texas Work Commission
as a Training Provider for the WIA Program (Medical Assistant and
Psychiatric Assistant Programs)
