NCCT Testing

NCCT Certification Test Day is the First Friday of Each Month

PCI Health Training Center is proud to be a National Certified Proctor Site for professional certification by the National Center for Competency Testing - NCCT. Certification tests are administered on-campus by an independent proctor. Grading, test results, and certifications are issued by the NCCT. Individuals who pass the certification exams are considered nationally certified (for example, the National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) and the National Certified Medical Office Assistant (NCMOA).

To apply for certification testing, you must submit a test application in advance to schedule a test date. Applications may be mailed directly to NCCT on or before the “Deadline to Apply” or you may bring the application to PCI along with the appropriate fee on or before the deadline date, and school will forward the application to NCCT.

Certification Testing begins Promptly at 2:15P.M.  Test applicants are requested to enter the front entrance of the school and wait in the lobby until the Test Proctor escorts certification applicants to the testing room. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before testing begins.
